Services

DVLC is a full service provider of legal assistance, ranging from information and referral to litigation. All participants receive some type of help, whether brief services, referrals, or representation in litigation. DVLC attorneys provide immediate and ongoing legal representation in Orders of Protection cases for victims of domestic violence. Additional legal representation for our married clients is also available through the Divorce Division.

The Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Violence Courthouse was opened in 2005, providing domestic violence victims with a safe facility to handle legal matters while also offering much-needed services under one roof.
